一：產(chǎn)品簡介

 二：適用范圍 
     農(nóng)業(yè)，商業(yè)，郵電業(yè)，食品工業(yè)，煙草工業(yè)，汽車工業(yè)，水泥工業(yè)，采礦業(yè)，攪拌站的皮帶輸送系統(tǒng)適用及維護1：開機前必須將減速機加入N159或N220中極壓工業(yè)齒輪油，注油至減速機示油器中間位置； 2減速機運行三個月后，需要更換潤滑油，注意必須將機內雜物沖凈后，方可加入新軸；3減速機空心軸端與傳動滾筒端必須用壓蓋板及防送螺絲緊固.4減速機皮帶輪與電機皮帶輪安裝時必須保持平行，皮帶的松緊度要適中。

2： Applicable scope
Application and maintenance of belt conveyor systems in agriculture, commerce, postal and telecommunications, food industry, tobacco industry, automotive industry, cement industry, mining industry, and mixing stations: 1. Before starting up, the reducer must be added with N159 or N220 medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil, and filled with oil to the middle position of the reducer oil indicator; After running the gearbox for three months, it is necessary to replace the lubricating oil. It is important to flush out any debris inside the gearbox before adding a new shaft; The hollow shaft end of the reducer and the transmission drum end must be fastened with a pressure cover plate and anti feeding screws. When installing the reducer pulley and motor pulley, they must be kept parallel, and the tightness of the belt must be moderate.
